Houlihan Construction is a wholly Irish owned and independent construction firm based out of Waterford in Ireland. We have been working in the construction industry for nearly 30 years and since establishing Houlihan Construction almost 10 years ago, we have been serving Waterford and the South East in renovation, extension and new build solutions. We also work in office refurbishment and are capable of carrying out all aspects of our projects in-house. Houlihan Construction follows a local tradition for quality customer service and excellence in our completed projects and has amassed a firm reputation for the service given to our clients.

Houlihan Construction specialise in renovation, extensions, refurbishment and new builds for both commercial and residential dwellings. We will work with you from inception to completion and can provide you with an impartial consultation and quote.
