My name is Henry, and I’ve been training dogs for over 40 years, starting in my early teens alongside my uncle and aunt at their kennel in Watford. From there, my journey took me around the world, learning and refining real-world dog training techniques that focus on one thing above all else: a clear, balanced relationship between dog and owner.

Over the years, I’ve travelled extensively, studying different methods and approaches to understand what truly works. Trainers from the UK, USA, China, Europe, and South America have also travelled to my training centre in Ireland to take part in my intensive 3-week professional dog training course, where they learn the proven methods I use every day.

I completed my training in the USA where I finished at the top of my class, achieving 100% in my final exam and earning the rare K9 badge. In Germany, I trained alongside police dog handlers and worked with leading Schutzhund trainer Bernhard Flinks, further strengthening my foundation in real, practical training.

I believe a happy dog learns faster. Training should be clear, fair, and enjoyable for both dog and handler. While we use rewards, they must be meaningful and motivating to the individual dog. No two dogs are the same, and it’s our responsibility to give owners the right tools and understanding to achieve the same results at home and on your walk—not just in a training environment.
